MI-W Winder
The auto doffing take up winder designed for cylindrical winding by the yarns coming from feeder. The bobbin diameter can be up to 350mm , bobbin width can be up to 250mm. Balaban, shuttle and godets mechanics designed independently with each other. All these units controlled by independent electric drives. This provides ,the bobbin tension can be easily adjust on the scada touch screen. Bobbin weight capacity is up to 12 Kg.
The winding capacity up to 96 ends according to the heat set capacity. All winding units runs concurrently. Every ends have 5 reserve bobbins.
New designed electronic controlled heated cutting blades minimize the problems during the doffing.
Sensors located at the entrance of the winder , senses any yarn breakage and stops the machine.
