BUHARLAMA TÜNELİ

KURUTUCU
Müşteri ihtiyaçlarına göre makine konfigürasyonuna eklenebilen opsiyonel bir ünitedir. Doygun buharla yapılan ısıl sabitleme (Heat-set) işleminde, ürün doğal olarak belirli bir miktarda nem içerir; bu kurutucu ise ürünü istenen kuruluk seviyesine getirir.
AKÜMÜLATÖR
Akümülatör, üretim açısından kritik bir makine bileşenidir. Akümülatör sayesinde makineden en yüksek üretim verimliliğini elde etmek mümkündür. Ayrıca tünel bölümündeki duruş sürelerini asgari düzeyde tutarak homojen bir üretim çıktısı sağlar.
Farklı makine yerleşim boyutları elde etmek için akümülatör; hat boyunca, hattın yanına veya buharlama tünelinin üzerine yerleştirilebilir.
- Üretim gereksinimlerine bağlı olarak 15 metreye kadar depolama uzunluğu.

Creel
It features an ergonomic design that allows easy and fast bobbin replacement. Its frame is capable of carrying bobbins weighing up to 8 kg.

Laying Unit
It is designed for laying continuous filaments and staple fibers. Tension-controlled godets enable high-speed production without compromising on quality.

Steaming Chamber
It is a steaming tunnel that provides fixation with saturated steam and performs the heat-setting process of the product in an atmospheric pressure environment.

Dryer
It is an optional unit that can be added to the machine configuration based on customer requirements. In the heat-setting process carried out with saturated steam, the product naturally contains a certain amount of moisture; this dryer brings the product to the desired dryness level.
Accumulator
The accumulator is a critical machine component for production. Thanks to the accumulator, it is possible to achieve the highest production efficiency from the machine. It also ensures a homogeneous production output by keeping downtime in the tunnel section to a minimum.
To achieve different machine layout dimensions, the accumulator can be placed inline, alongside the line, or on top of the steaming tunnel.
- Storage length up to 15 meters depending on production requirements.
Take-Up Winder
MITAS winding machines are specifically designed to wind heat-treated yarns onto bobbins. Since they can perform bobbin winding at the desired hardness, they work flawlessly on all types of weaving and tufting looms.
Thanks to the fully automatic bobbin discharging (doffing) feature, it ensures high production capacity with fewer operators.
